Chad offers a unique combination of qualities. He a Professional Natural Bodybuilder, Kinesiologist, and has over 20 years of hands on coaching experience. Chad is passionate about helping every client find ther own "inner athlete" that lurks beneath the surface. As he sees it, that inner athlete is the key to discovering that you are strong, capable, and ready to live a healthy, fit, and balanced life.

Katrina pulls from her many fitness, athletic, and sport backgrounds to communicate, educate, and relate to her clients in the gym. She has particpated and competed in Swimming, Gymnastics, CrossFit, Adventure Races, and currently Olympic Weightlifting and Natural Fitness Competitions. The large variety of training styles adds to the pool of knowledge that Katrina brings to her classes and programming.
