We offer a wide variety of class options, membership structures, and services! For quick reference we have developed this facility schedule to showcase which classes we offer throughout each day or day of the week.

If you click on the class name, you can learn more about that particular class/program, registration details, & MORE!

This is just our class schedule. Open gym and all individualized services (personal training, program design, and nutrition) are offered during regular facility hours (Monday through Friday 5:00am to 8:00pm, Saturdays 8:30am-12pm, and Sundays 10am-12pm).

If you have a group of friends or co-workers that want a specific class/class time that we do not currently offer, please email us ([email protected]) with your suggestion and recommendation...
