GRIND is an on-going program and clients can sign-up at any time!
Class options: MWF 5-6am or 5-6pm

Current available start dates:
- Dec 5: 5am (1 spot), 5pm (3 spots)
- Jan 4: 5am (6 spots), 5pm (6 spots)
- Feb 6: 5am (7 spots), 5pm (8 spots)
- March 6: 5am (7 spots), 5pm (8 spots)

We offer various pass durations to suit your goals!

2 months: $139 per month
4 months: $129 per month
6 months: $123 per month
12 months: $112 per month

We have limited spots available for each of the start dates

If you love Action 90, then you'll love the GRIND!

The GRIND is a progressive resistence training and cardiovascular program that incorporates your favorite Action 90 Transformation & Achieve exercises/equipment/format with ALL NEW exercises to reinvigorate you with a new challenge!

What's Included:
- Gym Membership
- 3 Coached Resistence Training Workouts per Week
- Progressive Monthly Program Design
- Personal Energy System Development Workouts based on your individual goals (ie: weight loss, muscle gain, Spartan Race, Marathon, 5km race, 10km race, etc)
- Unlimited guidance/email support from your coach to help you reach your goals

*Individualized nutrition (macro style or meal plan) can be added onto your pass for 15% off regular prices! 

** While participation in the Action 90 Transformation program is not a requirement, those programs will assist you in having a better Action experience.
