The GRIND is a progressive resistence training and cardiovascular program that incorporates your favorite Action 90 Transformation & Achieve exercises/equipment/format with ALL NEW exercises to reinvigorate you with a new challenge!
What's Included: - Gym Membership - 3 Coached Resistence Training Workouts per Week - Progressive Monthly Program Design - Personal Energy System Development Workouts based on your individual goals (ie: weight loss, muscle gain, Spartan Race, Marathon, 5km race, 10km race, etc) - Unlimited guidance/email support from your coach to help you reach your goals
*Individualized nutrition (macro style or meal plan) can be added onto your pass for 15% off regular prices!
** While participation in the Action 90 Transformation program is not a requirement, those programs will assist you in having a better Action experience.
